Colin Young-Wolff/Riot Games

The Valorant Champions 2023 playoff stage has begun and has already had an exciting development as LOUD knocked Fnatic down to the lower bracket. Here is everything you need to know about the third world championship in the game’s history, including the playoffs bracket, the full schedule, and the latest scores.

After two weeks of group play in Los Angeles, the field of 16 teams has been whittled down to just eight as the playoffs has begun. Each region (Americas, Pacific, EMEA and China) has two representatives. This means the tournament will have a balanced showing as fans from across the world should have more than one team to potentially root for.

The playoff stage has already started with a bang as LOUD took down international powerhouse Fnatic in a 2-0 sweep. The EMEA side was everyone’s favorite to win the entire tournament after taking the past two international trophies this season. Now, Fnatic will have to fight for their tournament lives in the lower bracket, while LOUD marches forward in the upper bracket.

All matches are played in a Bo3 format, with the exception of the lower bracket final and the tournament decider, both of which are Bo5.
